At Cozaliving, we aim to make every delivery smooth, transparent, and on time. Below you’ll find key information about our order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping costs.


Order Processing Times

All orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Some of our pieces are handcrafted or made-to-order, which means production may occasionally take longer. For limited or artisanal collections, dispatch can take up to 1–4 months, depending on availability and production schedules. If this applies to your order, we’ll notify you right away.


Shipping & Delivery

After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 1–12 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Customs processing
  • Weather or logistical delays

If you don’t receive your tracking information within 8 business days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 19 business days of purchase, please contact us at support@cozaliving.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 USD (after discounts).

For orders below $150, a shipping fee will apply at checkout. The amount depends on your delivery address and selected shipping option.

In certain cases — such as deliveries to remote areas, islands, or when express shipping is requested — additional charges may apply. If so, we’ll always contact you before dispatch to confirm.


Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow its progress in real time.
